We believe we are unique in our approach to emergencies, British Gas look after boilers 24 hours a day. We look after in-house all other problems. Is it needed?Well ask one tenant whose lock disintegrated over Christmas, locking both her and her partner out of the flat. We had them back in within the hour, or the new tenant who became locked behind some automatic gates, again sorted within 30 minutes of us being informed, or the problem with an activated burglar alarm, it took a little longer with this, but none the less we were on the case straight away, that’s service for you and Peace of Mind for existing and potential tenants.
And these are really emergencies.
