Your capital spend when taking up a tenancy - We have a limited number of home starter packs, that we can provide for a small increase in rent. The packs include all you would need to move into your new home, pans, bedding, cutlery, kettle, iron, dinner service.

This package could cost you in the region of £600 to buy outright.

Who would want this service?

1. People who may be stretched after meeting the 4 weeks’ deposit
2. People whose company may be paying their rent – i.e. company lets or company reimbursement of tenants rent.
   

The package must be returned intact and looked after, this will form part of your inventory check. If you are interested – call Jane.
