Some time ago, we acquired a steel hull and have recently started to get it ready for the water. We plan to moor it at Castlefield in Central Manchester and rent it out to tenant types who have their sea/canal legs. It’s 60 feet long but only 6’6” wide but it will be exactly placed for where it’s all happening.
